Danny, if you're interested in doing stuff for the Syracuse crew, maybe we can work something out, get a volume deal. I'd also like to work with bands for collective bargaining with merch suppliers.

To sell at shows and not worry about making money back t-shirts, pins and patches would work best to start. They would definatly sell and be cheap. For stuff like jackets it might be safer to have them available by request.

Jackets will definitely be a specialty item. Even without the embroidered patches I want to get, the production cost would be $40 per-unit. So I'll put one order together from the local bands (I've already had several requests) and any other takers, then provide them at-cost or with a slim profit margin.

Doh, I forgot hoodies.
