Does anyone know what CD (or compilation) Soul Revival is on?

I have Five To Two, Searching For a Melody, and Give 'Em The Boot IV, but don't have this song.

Is it a live only song?

Uh... Are you sure you aren't thinking about Go Jimmy Go? Their most recent CD is called "Soul Revival" as well as the open track is named the same. I guess they could be mistaken for WBT, but I doubt that. Go Jimmy Go is so much better that WBT.

No, I am a huge fan of Go Jimmy Go, and I am not confusing the two.

WbT plays a song live called "Soul Revival," and I would contend that they are a better band.

Not to mention that "Soul Arrival" isn't the newest Go Jimmy Go album, "The Girl With Fish Bowl Eyes" is.

My bad. Man, I'm out of the loop. I guess working 8-5 everyday will do that to you. Either way, I've played with both bands and seen them both a few times... Go Jimmy Go still gets my vote.

To answer the question, I think it's only a live song of yet. Maybe for a future cd? Isn't it for the most part just instrumental with just random "Soul Revival" at different points? Maybe it's just a jam for a live show.

And, yeah, there is a GJG album called "Soul Arrival" (not Soul Revival as has been erroneously stated on this thread). Karen's point was that it wasn't the most recent GJG album. Their most recent actually is "The Girl With The Fishbowl Eyes".

As for which is a better band, in my head, they're about on par. I dig em both.
