wasn't wild about their last show there. They are friends of mine, but wasnt feelin it and they seemed a bit off. Like to support any local reggae though so maybe i'll head down. If you r 21+ its free. if you're under, go eat dinner there late and listen while you grub.

Assuming the Mezzanote won't work for me, as I am well under 21, I was planning on hitting up the Dinosaur BBQ late at night and catching their act.

Happy Holidays Everyone!

Just a quick note to remind everyone that we'll be playing the last of our 2005 shows this weekend.

While that may not seem like much, we would like to announce that once the 'new year' rolls around, the Hot Steppers will be a very different band. Look for BIG CHANGES in the Hot Steppers lineup of members, and also new songs on stage in 2006!

While the extended Hot Steppers family agree that change and growth is a great thing, we plan on rippin' it up old-school one last weekend...This weekend will be your last chance to see the 'classic' version of the band.

Friday night we'll be at the Dinosaur BBQ in Syracuse...@ 246 Willow St. in Syracuse NY. From 10pm until 2am. FREE to get in!

Saturday night we'll be rockin' steady at the Dino in Rochester...@ 99 Court St. in Rochester NY. From 10pm until they kick us out! FREE to get in!

We should be recording both shows for posterity, so show up and be ready to make some noise...
