Does it really matter if you dance on the up beat or down beat? I find that it is easier to find the up-beat than the down beat. So I tend to dance on the up beat. What do you think?

Post 100, ooooo raaah.

All I know is that I switch legs when the snare hits.
I don't mind if people are out of time...it's nice they're dancing anyways.
What gets me, doesn't happen often, is when the pit goes clockwise.

I knew this person once.

She flailed a wildly awful flail that was kind of embarassing.

Other than that particular 'dance', it's all good.

Do what ya want!

PS: It looked like Elaine Benes' THE DANCE from seinfeld. http://www.sonypictures.com/tv/shows/se ... 04_100.ram

PPS: We need to see more people doing the twist.

PPPS: We need to see more gothic literature students doing the twist.

humans have a natural inclination towards counterclockwise behavior. No joke. If you were left out in a huge open desert and just walked straight, eventually youd cmake a big counter-clockwise circle and end up where you started.

aside from that i usually go up on the upbeats, the downs just fall into place

I don't think about it, so I honestly can't tell you. And when I do think about it, that's when I get off-beat.

Charleston? Talk about complicated. Not without it's fun, though.

I'm a big fan of the twist, and swing for dumbies. Which is all I know how to do.
