just signed up for myspace because i saw some cool photos people had posted there but i am very ignorant of what it's all about. i know people journal blogs, post music if they are in a band etc. , but can someone please tell me more what it's all about and how it works.? thnx in adv ras a

Don't try to make your page sparkly and dumb. Just add pictures, fill out the various sections, post bulletins about important stuff no more than once or twice a day. Blogs and whatever are extra if you want to do them great. Don't add everyone that asks, because there will be many who don't have anything to do with you and just want high friend numbers.

I really don't have so many in comparison to some. I honestly do know all of them except for a couple bands I added just so I remember to listen to them.

i can see how to add photos via html in your profile, but how do people sort of have a small album of photos? a

when you're logged in, you go to "upload / change photos" and you can upload like 8 or something.

you can also choose which photo you want as your 'main' one... by clicking the set as default picture button.
