It's an Indian made 150cc steel knockoff of a Vespa PX150. You can even swap out the Indian horncover for a PX one and it's hard to tell the difference between them afterwards. Bajaj is the number one scooter manufacturer in the world and they make good stuff. Nearest dealer is Rochester and might be one in Ithaca soon as well. $1100 is a very fair price.
