did you try the third link i posted? takes you to some random russian forum that has all of the albums posted? try that i got an album off of it- good band, gets a little old fast though IMO

It's a zip file. And if you don't unzip it the files won't work like they were doing for you. Go to http://www.download.com/WinZip/3000-2250_4-10003164.html and download the free trial and when you download the zip file, open it with winzip and then click extract at the top of the winzip window and there you go.
