Anyone hear that they're working on a DUB album and dvd? Now, I know the hip-hop album was rediculous but this project sunds like it will be pretty good. Big D rules. So I tink we should talk about them on this post.

and for the peeps who don't know who they are,

They were cool at Warped Tour. I got a hug from Dave while waiting for the volunteer girls to bring out dinner at the catering tent. Haha.

anybody hear about how their bassist punched some kid after they brought him out onstage for stealing something from them. i'm not one somebody thinks that violence equals rspect, but well done for teaching the kid a lesson and not putting up with that.

yay for completely misconstruing a story.

that's not what happened at all. while big d was on stage, one of the band's friends happened to go back to their dressing room where they found a kid snooping around in Steve's equipment. Shortly thereafter the kid left and the band's friend followed him and found something belonging to steve in the kid's pocket. The guy proceded to bring the kid on stage and make him apologize to the band in front of the entire crowd....

I went and found the story.

Quote:
Besides that, I just want to mention that stealing is bad…especially when you steal from Big D and the Kids Table. I’d like to send a big thank you out to Duggan and the rest of our buddies in the Lost City Angels.

While we were onstage at the Skatefest show this past weekend in Worcester, some stupid kid decided to snoop around our backstage room and go through our stuff. Duggan just happened to go back into our room…to get a beer…and noticed a kid going through Steve’s bag. He had Steve’s Pandora’s Box (an amp simulator - about $200) in his hand. The kid asked Duggan if he knew whose it was, Duggan said no…playing dumb. So, Duggan left and waited for the kid to leave our room. Duggan went back into our room to check the box to see if Steve’s gear was there…it wasn’t. Duggan chased the kid down, confronted him and found it on him!

Then he brought the little punk onstage, in front of all of us and the crowd, to apologize. I’m assuming the kid is regretting what he did, if you were at the show, you know what happened.

I wasn't there, so I don't know, but that definately does not rule out the fact that kid may have gotten punched.
