i've heard rumors that the arrogant sons of bitches are breaking up and i am very sad

They've stopped playing shows for a while now. I think it is an indefinite hiatuz.


Good news: Playing a cd release show with Streetlight on the 9th for Three Cheers for Disappointment in LI.

Rumor on the street is they have three more shows left, and then they are done.

Additional rumor--one will be at the Downtown (CD release show), one will be at BAC, and one will be at Toad's Place.

I'm not sure what the deal is with the "three shows" thing karen. unless you've heard something since what jeff told me a while back.

noe is the record release show with SM at the downtown 10/9.

Jay Tea has stated that they have no intention of touring on that album and those that need to make travel plans should. So, um, i don't know if they have intention of doing any shows other than the one at the downtown. Even if they did, I don't see them playing toad's- they've never played toad's before. I would think a CT show would be at the Empress...and if they were doing a CT and LI show, they'd do an NJ show at Bloomfield Avenue Cafe.

Again though, those are my assumptions knowing the bands likes (aka: favorite venues) and from what jeff told me a while back. So, I could be wrong and you might have more updated information...
