I'll be up in Maine for my tribe's pow-wow.

I'm hitting up Warped Tour in Scranton to see Westbound Train on Thursday the 11th, and then I'm heading straight up to Maine from there. I won't be back until sometime on Monday.

 Sorry guys.

I bet they're even more fun to attend.

BTW, has anyone here yet attended a concert at the Onondaga Nation Arena? I notice they've been having concerts there that are clearly not aimed at Native Americans (like hiphop, for example). Seems to be a very big place. But is that too far south for anyone to go for a show that isn't driving themselves?

We really need more options for bigger shows and that might be a worthy consideration ...

Yeah, dude, the concerts there kick ass. I went and saw Jana, a Native American pop-performer. I personally didn't like her, or the style music she played, but she's a cool chick and she was really down to earth. She was hanging out with the same family that my Mom is friends with down there while we were there. I mean, I only stayed for part of the show, because they just kind of let me in because I walked in with her, but it was cool.

I tried to get a job down there once, and they were gonna hire me, and I would have been paid under the table and stuff, which would have kicked ass, but then my Mom decided that it was too far to drive for a job.

I can call people down there if you want. My Mom is friends with one of the director dudes at the arena.

That would be awesome if we were able to put on shows there, I live like 2 minutes by car from there.

And to see everything else is to become an understanding molecule in evolution, a conscious tool of the universe...[not] unconscious or zonked out, I'm talking about being fully conscious...the Grateful Dead should be sponsored by the government or something. It should be a public service, you know, and they should set us up to play at places that need to get high."-Jerry Garcia, 1972

That sort of thing is always gonna happen. Nothing we can do about it. We'll have a good time without you, no worries.
