It's almost impossible to get a clear concert schedule from the Funk n' Waffle website. Their calender is screwy. Is TIASU still playing on 4/25?
Yes, they are. When in doubt:

Haha, true, true.
But I'm also assuming they don't realize that Funk'n Waffles
doesn't book ska bands. They did once or twice early on, but now they just send them to us at
Kingston Beat. We bring the ska to Funk'n Waffles and anywhere else we can make shows happen.

And as long as I'm on the subject, I'm
ALWAYS looking for new venues for the ska. Not because we don't love Funk'n Waffles, because we definitely do, but because not every ska band in every situation is going to work there. Basically, Funk'n Waffles is ideal for an all ages show that's going to draw at least 60 paid, but less than 200.
But if you draw less than 60 or more than 200 or really want to appeal to an older crowd, then it's less than ideal. Like I have an obscure ska band right now looking to come through on a Monday night that really needs a much smaller space (20-30 people tops) if it's going to fly at all. But I have an interesting possible venue for that one that might be golden for some other smaller shows as well, so keep your fingers crossed.
