no disrespect to Syracuse Ska and Ska Danny (because we love you and know that you can only book so many non-local bands), but I was just wondering if anyone knew of any other promoters or bands or venues that puts on all-ages shows in the syracuse area? your help is greatly appreciated.

No offense taken. Your next best bets are probably Castle Rockmoore or directly booking something at Funk'n Waffles or the Westcott Community Center. I don't know how happy you'll be with any of that, but those are the next best options.

Honestly, if a band is flexible enough, I can almost always figure something out, but you have to communicate that.

As always, feel free to contact me directly to discuss this stuff and I'll help as much as I can.

No problem Dan. I've found if there is a will, there is a way.

i'm assuming your talking about non-ska music then? generally everything hardcore/punk/indie/pop-rock/whatever gets posted about here: http://itszombietime.com/315forum/viewforum.php?f=1

see who's posting shows and then check out the local bands myspaces and make connections from there in terms of getting an out of town band booked.
