probably only needs a little grease on the tonewheel- i had a M100 in my parents garage, same problem as they listed, and we put it up on the c-list- someone came over to get it, sprayed a little hammond grease on the tonewheel and it exploded with classic hammond sound- i was jealous- but those things are heaaavy- way to heavy to lug around..
