i would love to see this tour come through suckacuse, but the fact of the matter is that syracuse sucks. this tour would get like 5 maybe 10 people max to show up. the line up is soooo sick though. if this comes within 4 hours of syracuse i will definately be down to carpool out. dawn penn, dennis alcapone, derrick morgan. orignal champion sounds.

go go gergie signing off.

I'd be curious if this tour even comes through the USA at all. It's quite odd it's being booked from the UK (that's not how its usually done, even for UK artists) and they won't even spend a few bucks for a real website (even high school bands don't use Geocities now).

That said, yes, the talent is on this tour, which is the main thing, of course. Forget slagging Syracuse. That's not the problem. It'll come down to how reasonable these UK booking people really are and if anyone in Syracuse bites -- simple as that.

I can easily think of a way to book this here, but that assumes it's coming Stateside at all. If it really comes across the USA with lots of dates (not a handful), I could probably land it, assuming enough advance warning. Big if, that.

if this would be booked somewhere in syracuse, EVERYONE would have to start the buzz like NOW!! otherwise i'm not sure that we would get the turnout required to promise this big of a tour a descent audience and venue....but, one must hope!!

Honestly, you really can't be sure how much any tour would really cost to book. I've found tours that were a lot pricier than anyone would assume and tours that were a lot cheaper than anyone would assume. There are just a crazy number of factors at work. For all the "names" on this tour, I suspect it'll be a hard sell in the USA and may not even happen. I was disappointed to see that Pama International bailed on their US tour, but I completely understand the financial problems of it.

Same with Fishbone falling off SID3 this year. Unfortunate, but not completely surprising ...
