Syracuse Ska Forum

Hey guys--
Would anyone in Syracuse, Rochester or Buffalo be interested in doing a show with The Flamingos from CT on August 10th?
These guys are helping us out on our tour and are an extremely tight ska/punk band if you haven't seen them before.. they were one of the show-stealers at the Big Orange last month. They need a show pretty much anywhere in NY on the 10th and Albany is pretty limited (especially since we will be out on tour then). So Danny, Twitch, or anyone else interested in setting up shows... drop me a line and let me know if this is something you might be interested in. Yeah, I can attest that they were quite fun at Circleville.

I just have no idea where we could do it in Syracuse, given what venues we have available at the moment on Wed nights. We may resolve that soon, but not soon enough for this band I'm afraid ...

A week and a half is a damn near impossible deadline at this stage of our game, but the eight (!) downloadable songs on their PV page have found a home on my hard drive, and their bios made me laugh out loud several times.

I'll contact them Sunday night.
