I just saw IV4K and 33 West tonight on LI. IV4K was great as always. Just want to point out thought that I'm not sure how "ska" 33 west is. True they have a trumpet and a couple tunes have a ska part here or there, but most of the set they played tonight was pop punk. I enjoyed them thoroughly, but just don't want people to expect a ska band and get something else.

Regardless, go to this show, it looks like it should be awesome. Wish i could be there...

Should be:
1) Magic Goat
2) 33 West
3) The Verbs
4) IVFK

Also, the music won't start before 8:30pm ...

I haven't, unless you count their relative lack of ska as a "bad" thing, which I don't. FWIW, they were a package deal with IVFK, as they're touring together ...

i can't wait for this show! i've heard all good about iv4k. i also have been listening to them on purevolume.com lately and if they are as good live which i'm guessing they are then i can't wait! gonna do some skankin' this friday night who's with me?

IamJeff, I Voted 4 Kodos is really good live. We opened for them at the coffee pavillion back in march and they got everyone moving in that really tight space. I can't wait to see their set in a more spacious environment.

No, but really, not only are you far away physically, but Twitch has so nicely pointed out before that you and I are COMPLETELY different as people, and if we were to sit next to each other in a car on the way to an Aquabats show, the entire universe would explode.
