hey guys...
we (STRUCKDOWN) are looking for a show in the Syracuse or Rochester area on August 16th...i know its short notice and i know its a week day..but we REALLY neeed a show. we will play almost anywhere with almost anyone.

we would love to play with some punk and ska bands as i feel we would fit in better than with some of the hardcore bands we have played with.

we play a fast more "old school" style of hardcore.

you can listen to us at:
http://www.myspace.com/struckdown
http://www.hxcmp3.com/struckdown
http://www.purevolume.com/struckdown

you can email us at: struckdown@juno.com if you can help
aim me: RevengeOfDestro

please help! we normally ask for gas money ($50-$150) but with it being so last minute we will take anything! thank you!

Why don't you give them a better option, oh wise one?

And to see everything else is to become an understanding molecule in evolution, a conscious tool of the universe...[not] unconscious or zonked out, I'm talking about being fully conscious...the Grateful Dead should be sponsored by the government or something. It should be a public service, you know, and they should set us up to play at places that need to get high."-Jerry Garcia, 1972

Here's some better options, oh obtuse one.

EDIT:

Or they can do some investigating on Syracuse bands, and email them asking about shows or houses they might be welcome at that day or close to that day. There's a LOT of ways to find out... posting on message boards is one of the WORST ways.

I agree that's a better approach, but at least messageboards give you a start when you have no clue ...

I strongly believe that we live in the age of GOOGLISM.

In this age of GOOGLISM there is no excuse for lack of research. With a little effort, just about anything is possible.

Anything less is just lazy fingers.

Of course... I'm half kidding.
