Any of you guys throw any performance modifications on your bikes?

I've recently thrown a Sito Plus exhaust on my P200E, and am looking at adding a Malossi 210 Kit, a JL or 226 Vintage Left Hand Pipe, and a Grimeca Disc Brake kit on at some point.

The Primavera is getting a DR 135cc top end kit since the stock top end was f*ck from someone seizing it at some point. Cant wait to get this running 60 mph at 110mpg. Maybe if I find someone with a p200 or px150 stator around, I'll swap it over to electronic ignition and run a new wiring loom.

Looking at acquiring a Series 3 Li125 and another P200E at the moment as well. Post up some shit, this forum is much too dead!

Danny, I did end up doing some crazy shit to my Primavera.

Heavily ported Malossi 134, PK ETS Crankshaft milled out by HRS, Mikuni TM24, PK XL2 Clutch, DRT Short 4th, PK XL Stator, HP4 Flywheel, and a Zirri Silent Corsa Exhaust.

Shits crazy.

That's a lot of work bro. I guess you're ready for the racing circuit.

Tuning is where I get the most enjoyment! The P200 is getting an engine redo as well:

Heavily Ported Malossi 210er, Tameni Crankshaft reprofiled by HRS for Reed Valve w/ Yamaha Banshee Rod, MB Developments Reed Valve, BGM 30MM PWK Carburetor, Lightened Stock Flywheel, MMW Clutch Basket w/ Pinasco Springs, EFL Transmission, and either a Serie Pro DSE Left Hander Exhaust or a 226 Hot Wing right hand exhaust.

Shit should be able to cruise in the 70s and close out in the mid 80s.

Figured I'd pop back in to give the updates on what I actually did with my P200.

Malossi 210 Cylinder Kit, ported by Gickspeed, Exhaust timing of 194°, Transfer timing of 129°.
Piaggio Cylinder head, milled, profiled, and o-ringed by Hot Rod Al.
BGM pro 60mm Crankshaft, milled and profiled by Hot Rod Al.
Vespatronic Ignition w/ GP-One 220g Alloy Fan
BGM CNC'd Superstrong Cosa2 Clutch, made by MMW.
Piaggio PX200 EFL Transmission
Piaggio P200E Christmas Tree, rebuilt with DRT uprated kit.
MRP 36mm Reed Valve Manifold
BGM RD350 Reed Block w/ Boyesen Pro Reeds + MRP CNC'd Reed Stuffer
Keihin 35mm Airstriker Carburetor w/ Marchald Filter
Pipe Design Charger 220 Exhaust (Stainless)

Ended up getting a new LML disc brake fork for my bike with a OEM Piaggio Master Cylinder and Hose. Shits going to be ridiculous!

Oh and I added a 76 Rally 200 to my stable.

I wish I had more room, as I had to turn away a 1964 Lambretta Li150. :(
