Well, I find their recorded stuff over-rated, but their live show in my opinion is very underrated. They are just really awesome live. My finicky sister loved them when we saw them once in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

COMMON RIDER

This band is so good. Inspirational lyrics with awesome music to accompany them... I don't understand why people let this band just go out with a sigh.

Hands down my favorite ska band.

I agree, but I have heard that they were awful live. I was thinking about driving to Cleveland (from Buffalo) to see them once, and a lot of people told me not to bother because they were so bad live. Although I would have liked to see for myself, because I really like both albums and listen to them regularly. Also, I think they've only done maybe two tours..so maybe they just needed to play some more shows together. Is Common Rider gone for good now or what? Supposedly Jesse had hundreds of songs written..maybe they will still see the light of day somehow.
