I saw Streetlight last night near Albany and it was the coolest thing in the world. They played every song I recall from everything goes numb and in the middle of point/counterpoint broke into keasbey nights and then kicked back into point/counterpoint after keasbey was done. They also played 9mm and a three piece suit which was really cool as well. The opening bands weren't so bad either, it was my third time seeing gym class heroes and they always put on an entertaining show. Whole Wheat Bread was interesting as well and everyone got into them. Folly who opened was a band which isn't much my style but everyone still gave them a pretty good response. Anyways Streetlight puts on one hell of a show.

And to forget yourself is to see everything else. And to see everything else is to become an understanding molecule in evolution, a conscious tool of the universe...[not] unconscious or zonked out, I'm talking about being fully conscious...the Grateful Dead should be sponsored by the government or something. It should be a public service, you know, and they should set us up to play at places that need to get high."-Jerry Garcia, 1972

When I saw 'em Wednesday I know they left out If and When We Rise Again, but they played about 45 seconds of a new song
