Tomorow, Razbari Sumthing will be hiking down to Allentown Pennsylvania to record at Go Audio studios with the help of Brian J. Anthony. The end result will be titled THE GREAT DISTRACTION, and will be available late summer/early fall of this year. The next paragraph should answer any questions that the former paragraph may have caused:

It will rock.

12 brand new tracks and an old fan favorite, fueled by Box O' Joes from Dunkin Donuts, Mountain Dew and cold pizza... how could this possibly go wrong? hahaha The artwork, headed up by David Carnes, will be second to none, leaving many a person to think to themselves "Man. That is wicked cool."

The bottom line is this: We are recording this record for all of you guys and gals. For anyone who has supported us since sacks on ball street, to those who heard our myspace songs earlier this week... this new record is for you. You owe it to yourselves to be excited, because we owe you a kickass record. Songs will soon be posted for everyone to listen to, but for now, we just wanted all to know the score.

So tell your friends, talk about it at the dinner table tonight "Hey mom and dad, Razsum has a new record LOL!", interupt that heated makeout session with your beux to talk about how excited you are. Cause, godammit, we're excited too

I think they may have played a preview of one new song at the coffeehouse, but then again, I'm usually mixed up more often than not.

But in any case, yes, this is definitely exciting news!!!!

Updates!

Rythm section is done. KK's drum tracks sound amazing! I finished monday morning and drove home that evening. Everything is mad tight. I recently got an update that markle's guitar sounds like it belongs on a System of a down record, which makes me happy. Everything is coming together well, were all getting antsy for this!

Funny stories and such:

We stayed at KK's mom's house for the first few nights. His father has a bunch of gold records and such, so before recording, we would all go into the gold record room to get into the mindset

Vinnie got hit on by a 90 dollar hooker

I drank so much coffee that i could barely see straight.

Derek woke me up every morning by getting really close to my face and breathing heavy, all the while mike would tickle my feet. I would get pissed and yell at them.

Taco bell is more expensive in PA my budget didnt quite work out.

There was a house party next door to the studio and a bunch of hot girls almost got arrested, because when the cop showed up, they started cussing him out.

Our producers dog was a dalmation/beagal mix. Think about what that would look like.

Its been awesome so far guys, we'll keep everyone updated periodically.

Hehe. I love you guys so much. And I miss you guys too. Sounds like you're having a blast. I'd tell you to make it good, but I know that it's going to be amazing. I can't wait.
