Random After Thoughts:

Yeah, I was just talking to Danny on AIM and realized that it was him that we were all dancing with. So do we know who that chick was who was there too? Was that you Karen? I'm really sad now that I saw Danny and thought it was him but wasn't sure so I didn't say anything.

But I got to hang out with Mike and Twitch and that's good enough for me. And dude, are you realizing what I'm realizing? (Wow, I think I'm just really slow today.) It really was a big huge Syracuse Ska Forum circle! Like, really, even if we didn't know that we were all there, or are just now realizing it, it really was just a TON of us from this forum standing around and dancing.

Hahaha. I'm so proud of us. We're SUCH better dancers than those other kids who were in the back. What was up with that any way? It was like they were wanting to mosh or something, and it was Streetlight. I don't get it..

Overall, a great night. It was a really good show for my first time seeing SM, and I'm really happy I convinced my mom to bring me. And I met up with some really cool people that I'm hoping to see again, and I danced a TON, and then I got to come home and just sleep in the next day, and it was just great. :) Thanks for a good night guys.

I know, it was tiny. We all had to, like, take turns and stuff. And then Karen kept pushing everyone back and I kept getting knocked off balance when I was trying to dance to the side. :? But that's okay, because it was fun anyway.

The first two openers were good, the expired were better than Public Aggravation I think.

I like Public Aggravation a lot, but the Expired win on danceability.

Streetlight are like the Dropkick Murphys of ska - both bands put on great live shows, but the crowds they draw are *ahem* too enthusiastic.

Sorry about the post-show confusion. When I was ready to go, you and Ian were still waiting for his parents, so I figured they'd drop you at the diner, and I'd drive you home after.

We'll have to coordinate better next time so's I can get your hat back to you.

I'm a little late at getting to this, but I never realized people actually thought gym class heroes were that bad, or for this matter even "just plain SUCKED". I've seen them 3 times now and maybe its just me but I think they're great.

Don't worry Jeff I love them too. I hadn't seen or heard them untill they played Syracuse with The Aka's a month or two ago. I know many people who like them and there was plenty of crowd participation in Rochester.
